    AfroFusion is an energetic dance class that blends traditional African dance styles with contemporary movements and global influences. Drawing from rhythms and techniques across various African cultures, this class offers a high-energy, rhythmic experience that helps improve coordination, strength, and creativity. Whether you're new to African dance or looking to refine your skills, AfroFusion is a fun and empowering way to connect with music and movement.
     
    Ndombolo (pronounced "En-doh-boh-loh") is a dance style from the Democratic Republic Of Congo. The dance consists of fast-paced hip-swaying, dance rhythms, and intricate steps often accompanied by upbeat, percussion driven music.

    This open-level class is designed for all skill levels, with instruction tailored to the average abilities of the participants. Whether you're a beginner or have more experience, the class will provide a fun and challenging environment for everyone.

    House dance focuses on fast, intricate footwork paired with fluid torso movements, reflecting the rhythms of house music, which originated in Chicago. This style blends various elements, with key techniques including fundamental footwork, jacking, and lofting.
