Crystal started dancing at Pulse in January of 2013 until end of 2015. She retuned in 2019 taking class and then started teaching her heels class in 2023! She is teaching heels on Wednesday nights, come dance!
Crystal instructs the following:

Heels is all about feeling Confident, sexy and learning ways to work those heels. If your comfortable moving in your heels and looking to push your dancing skills, this class is for you! You will be working hard and breaking a sweat in no time!
For this class, we will begin with a quick warm-up, technique refresher, with the main focus being new weekly choreo. Turns, floorwork, you name it, this class has it all! Grab those heels and lets get to Werk!
