Registration and payment must be completed prior to participating in class. Registration can be completed with ease via MINDBODY. If you prefer to register in-studio, please arrive minimum 15 minutes early to process payment and fill out the necessary paper work.
Payment for all programs must be made in full at time of registration. Program fees are nontransferable.
You will be automatically prompted for payment when registering online via MINDBODY. MINDBODY accepts VISA and MASTERCARD.
If you wish to register and pay in-studio, we accept cash, debit/credit, and VISA and MASTERCARD.
A sessional-based monthly installment plan may be setup for a fee. Notice and arrangements must be made by our office. Please contact Dawn to discuss options: dawn@pulsestudios.ca
Installments are available for students registering for full year programs including Beast Machine, EV Crew, Flomatk and LV8. Payment plans are also available for students and families with multiple classes in a semester. Please contact the studio for more details: dawn@pulsestudios.ca
*Note: An additional $30.00 administrative fee will be charged on all NSF cheques and payments.
A full refund will only be issued two weeks before the beginning of the semester. Otherwise, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds or prorated credit of any kind
A $30 admin fee will be applied to all refunds and withdrawals from our kids, youth and teen programs.
Pulse Studios requires one month written notice for any withdrawals for cancellation of the monthly membership.

Encouragement: Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging and supporting students.
No Discrimination: Refrain from any discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, age, ability, or background.
3. Communication
Clear and Constructive: Provide clear, constructive feedback to students and communicate expectations effectively.
Open Channels: Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of students and colleagues by keeping sensitive information confidential.
4. Safety and Well-being
Student Safety: Prioritize the physical and emotional safety of all students. Supervise students at all times during class.
Injury Protocol: Be aware of and follow studio procedures for handling injuries and emergencies.
Health Awareness: Be mindful of students’ physical limitations and avoid pushing them beyond their capabilities.
Rule of Two: Always ensure that at least two adults are present when interacting with students in any non-public setting. This applies to private lessons, one-on-one coaching, or any situation where a student is alone with an adult.
5. Professional Boundaries
Appropriate Interactions: Maintain appropriate boundaries with students at all times.
No Favoritism: Treat all students fairly and avoid showing favoritism.
Use of Technology: Refrain from using personal communication with students outside of studio-related matters.
6. Continuous Improvement
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with industry standards.
Feedback: Be open to receiving feedback from students, parents, and colleagues, and use it to improve teaching practices.
Self-Reflection: Regularly reflect on teaching methods and strive for continuous improvement.

Supportive Environment: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and cohesive studio environment.
